The conditions to become a distributor for Gamma Tech

Vietnam Technology Joint Stock Company (Gamma Tech) extends its greetings to our esteemed partners with the following conditions for becoming an agent:

A. DEFINITION

• Legal entity
• Sign a deposit equivalent to 50% of the value of G-magix Control Cabinet products (GM-001)
• Display the Gamma Tech logo

B. AGENT CONDITIONS

I. REQUIRED CONDITIONS

1. Infrastructure

• Location: Central, densely populated areas, convenient transportation.
• Infrastructure premises: Must have a business location, office, and store. For rented premises, there must be a lease contract for a minimum of 3 years.

Display the Gamma Tech logo.

2. Business field

Entities with experience in distributing and retailing electronic devices, electronic components, technology products, or other fields such as furniture, home appliances, consulting and design companies, architecture, construction, or other related fields.

II. SUFFICIENT CONDITIONS

• Human resources: Sales or technical staff.
• Technical knowledge for sales staff: Besides business management experience, a requirement is to invest in understanding technology and the smart home market.
• Technical knowledge for technical staff: Understanding smart home technology, graduating from at least a technical intermediate level in the electrical field

III. COMMITMENT

Agents need to sign a deposit equivalent to 50% of the price of G-magix Control Cabinet products (GM-001) after installing the sample product.

1. Marketing Support

Gamma Tech supports agents in marketing activities and sales promotion as follows:

• Implement marketing activities with manufacturer-supported programs (issued according to specific periods, with official letters sent to agents).
• Gamma Tech supports the design of business signs and signboards for agents (according to Gamma Tech's standard form) and provides the official Gamma Tech logo.
• Gamma Tech supports the provision of POSM designs (Standee, Profile, Banners) based on the company's standard templates.
• Providing complete data on content, images, and videos to support the company's advertising activities.
• Business information is also displayed on the list of agents on Gamma Tech's media channels.
• Exploiting and using images of Gamma Tech characters as stipulated in the cooperation contract.
• Advising on optimizing online marketing deployment channels: SEO Website, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Youtube, Ladipage, etc.
• Supporting event organization activities: designing images, press content, event video recording.

2. Technical Training Support

• Gamma Tech provides technical documentation on products and complete procedures for project implementation.
• Gamma Tech organizes product training for sales staff.
• On-site surveys (determine the functional area, the current state of the homeowner's apartment, the number of terminal devices).
• Sharing experiences, answering questions for sales staff.

3. Operational Management Support

Advising suitable packages for the management model, distributors to operate personnel, tasks, resources scientifically.
