Not stopping there, to ensure that these features can clearly demonstrate their intelligence, Gamma Tech has collaborated with strategic partners in various fields, from audio-visual systems to lighting solutions, from furniture to household appliances...

2.1. Key Features

Smart lighting control feature combined with Aura Lighting's lighting solution:

• Without the need for cumbersome lamps, Aura has selected devices with small sizes to optimize space such as recessed downlights, recessed spotlights, spotlights, etc., ensuring that all the advantages of this feature are fully utilized while creating an extremely warm and comfortable "harmony" of light.

• The dimmer system is strategically allocated in areas such as the living room, master bedroom, etc., with flexible adjustment capabilities to suit the usage needs of each user while ensuring safety for the users' eyes.

• Other areas such as entrances, bathrooms, etc., are equipped with motion sensors, automatically turning on and off when motion is detected.

The smart curtain control feature combined with motorized curtains from the Netherlands and the curtain system from Ha My Curtain Company:

• Providing convenience for users while creating privacy, becoming an extremely delicate and luxurious highlight for the living room, master bedroom, and small bedroom spaces.

• By using the 40kg load capacity Shuttle L motor from the Netherlands, users can control the curtains through the Gamma Tech mobile app or smart buttons, or gently activate the motor manually. This allows homeowners to flexibly open/close curtains in various ways even when the power is out.

• Another advantage of this motor is its use of devices manufactured entirely in Europe, ensuring high durability and smooth operation.

The types of curtains used in Gamma Tech's model apartment include:

• Living room: Voile fabric curtains bring lightness and warmth to the main living area of the family.

• Master bedroom: Rainbow curtains - originated from South Korea, featuring two layers of fabric, with one layer containing pockets of dark and light woven fabric. The dark woven fabric pockets prevent light from passing through or allow partial light transmission. Conversely, the remaining sheer fabric pockets allow light to pass through. When the rainbow curtains are drawn, if the two layers of fabric have two dark pockets stacked over the light pocket, the curtain set is in light-blocking mode, and vice versa.

Ha My's rainbow curtains, with excellent light-blocking ability and UV protection, are suitable for the master bedroom.

• Small bedroom: Single-layer fabric curtains.

- The smart plant watering control feature, combined with the landscaping system designed and implemented by Zouen, a Japanese unit with many years of experience in the field.

+ At the balcony of the model apartment, Zouen has harmoniously incorporated elements such as stones, plants, water, and soil, blending the cultural nuances of Japan and Vietnam skillfully. This creates a cool, refreshing space, providing a comfortable and pleasant feeling.

These are multifunctionally controlled through Gamma Tech's G-MAGIX smart control system. Users can regulate watering time and volume for each zone separately, depending on whether it's rainy or sunny days.

• In the living room area: Storm installed a Yamaha signal processing receiver from Japan combined with Piega front-center-surround-subwoofer speakers from Switzerland, providing top-quality sound for movie scenarios and adding attractiveness to music listening. Combined with Gamma Tech's smart electrical system, users can remotely control devices and flexibly switch sound zones.

• In the dining area, master bedroom of the apartment, Storm installed Studiomaster power amplifiers from the UK and K-Gear ceiling speakers from Italy, allowing Bluetooth connection with smart devices.

• Smart air conditioning control and air quality monitoring feature: providing fresh, comfortable air while also supporting protection for high-end indoor items such as furniture and electronics.
