1. Power Supply for Ekinex Smart Buttons
Ekinex smart buttons are directly connected to the EIB signal wire with a 24V DC power supply, ensuring safety and preventing electric shock according to the European standard SELV (Separated Extra-Low Voltage).
2. Smart Button Functionality by Ekinex
Control Capabilities:
- Single Function: Enables toggling individual functions such as controlling lights, irrigation pumps, or opening/closing/ stopping curtain systems.
- Smart Scenarios: Users can set up unlimited smart scenarios by combining individual functions. This allows triggering multiple actions with a single button press.
Example: Pressing the "watch a movie" scenario button will automatically adjust corresponding devices, such as turning on the TV with Netflix, activating the sound system, closing curtains, dimming lights to 10%, and turning off other lights.
LED Status Indication:
- Each Ekinex smart button is equipped with LED status indicators on each button for ON/OFF commands.
Example: When turning on the hot water, the button's LED indicator at that position lights up in blue. When turning off the hot water, there is no LED status indication.
- LED indicators serve to inform users whether the desired function has been activated correctly or not.
